A written dental plan from a dentist is the most effective means of gaining an accurate quote however it is possible to work without one. A good idea would be to take some digital photographs of your gums and teeth. We recommend taking a close up of your natural smile, with your mouth open and your lips pulled aback, as well as a close up of your closed bite with lips pulled back. We would also ask for a written description outlining the current state of your teeth and gums, any treatment you’ve had in the past and what you wish to accomplish from this treatment.
