After undergoing cosmetic dental work on the front teeth it is perfectly normal to have difficulty pronouncing some letters. This does not mean you now have a permanent speech impediment just that your tongue and lips simply need to be retrained to the new shape of your teeth. This generally takes a few days to a few weeks to achieve. 

Public speaking should be avoided during this period  Grin

It seems speech problems are common with a lot of dental work. Whether braces, bridges or implants; it's very common. The one thing to be concerned about is if with your new dental work, you have a noticeable whistle when you speak. This can be caused by air being forced through spaces between your new work and your teeth.
