Hi David, I'm still in research mode after several weeks. I was requiring a few crowns and some fillings, basically the next stage of a continual patch up program, which you quoted for, and I must say it was extremely reasonable, however you suggested perhaps a more comprehensive restoration program, which I am now thinking would be a more sensible plan, simply because of the pricing structure. Could you please advise me of the waiting time for treatment, as I never really know when I'm likely to have a block of time free, and wondered how much notice you require. Are digital photographs sufficient for initial planning or will I need to buy some xrays from a dentist here in Adelaide. Thanks for an informative site, and it's reassuring to hear from people who are so happy with their restorations. Keep Smiling, Regards David Hansford

Hi David

Generally we would like at least two weeks notice regarding appointments but it can be done quicker, it just depends on current bookings. January is our busiest month so I advise clients to book an appointment some time ahead. If they have a rough idea when they may be traveling It is much easier to change appointments dates once you are in the system.

Photos are usually sufficient to establish a treatment plan for purely cosmetic reasons such as closing spaces or crowning /veneering existing teeth. For treatment such as Implants we advise clients to obtain a panoramic X-Ray to check for bone loss or for endodontically compromised teeth. We don't like our patient's travelling only to discover they are not suited for implants.

Sometimes our clients are unsure which way to go regarding treatment options. In any case our Orthodontists will sit down with them and discuss all available options after a chair side consultation and X-ray.

Yes it's nice that a few of our former clients have discovered the forum and left some nice comments.

And without any bribery  Grin

Thanks David !

David
